50% of teams have been around for 1-5 years

65% are internal UX teams; 16% are agencies and 19% are consultants

37% of internal teams are located with product management

Internal teams (not agencies or consultants):

More set up in a hybrid model (part consulting, part distributed) than previous years.

Most work on web applications

36% feel the key success is having a senior management champion UX who "get it".

Agencies and consulting groups:

27% work on websites and 27% work on cross-platform
